C& P based on info in a cell

In order to tidy up my spreadsheet I wondered if there is a way of copying and pasting down 1 cell if a value is put in a certain cell.

So if data is put in A5 the formulas in B5 & C5 are copied to B6 & C6 as B5 & C5 will be hard coded.

I know that I can drag the formulas down but it would look neater
