cal no of days

Hello,

I know the formula to calculate the number of days in a month.
=DAY(DATE(YEAR(A1),MONTH(A1)+1,1)-1)

But can anyone tell em how to calculate the number of days in a month excluding sat & sun.

=networkdays(date(year(a1),month(a1),1),eomonth(a1,0))
