Calculate additional time to ba added to end of shift

Hi

I would really appreciate any help with the following.

I need to calculate additional time to be added to the end of a shift, based on various shift lengths.

The spreadsheet I use has 3000-5000 rows with a mixture of shifts in each day. I cannot update each shift manually. The additional time is equivalent to 25% of the total length of a shift, which is added to the end time.


So if a shift is:

30 minutes, 7 minutes is added to the end

60 minutes, 15 minutes is added to the end
90 minutes, 22 minutes is added to the end
120 minutes, 30 minutes is added to the end
150 minutes, 37 minutes is added to the end

180 minutes, 45 minutes is added to the end
