Calculate Average and Maximum using VBA based on a column value

Hi,
I have a table similar to the below one which has many rows for each week in a month.

I need to find average and maximum values of each column for week number in column1. For example average and Maximum CPU for week1, week2 etc. Can anyone please help me on this vba?

week	CPU	Memory	Net%
1	12	1432	4
1	14	1432	4
1	11	1439	5
2	14	1244	5
2	12	1432	6
3	16	1453	7
3	10	1456	7
