Is there a formula I could use to calculate Business Days instead of calender Days.

We are currently using a cycle time in Calendar Days but we need to change it to Business Days which obviously causes some problems when weekends come into play.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
No, for that you need NETWORKDAYS function. In Excel 2003 and earlier NETWORKDAYS is an Analysis ToolPak function - you need to enable that to use it.

In Excel 2007 and later versions NETWORKDAYS is a "built-in" function

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2)

optionally you can also exclude holidays from the count

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2,holidays)
