Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
if formatted as dates
then subtract the dates to get days
Assuming the image starts at A and row1

C4-B4 = gives days of policy and copy down
E$2-E$1 = FY-2018-19 copy down and across
