Hi all,
I am trying to create a model that automatically factors in a period of time between client acquisition and payment.
Over 4 years on a monthly basis
Assumptions that can be altered:
1.Number of clients acquired per month (can be a fraction - meaning it takes 2 months to acquire 1 client)
2.Number of months it takes for the client to start paying
The output will be monthly meaning total paying clients.
For example:
If 1 client is acquired per month and it takes 9 months for a client to start paying then every month up to month 10 there are zero paying clients. In month 10 there is 1 and in month 11 there is 2 and so forth.
There are separate assumptions for each year so in the next year, the number of acquired clients and the number of months it takes until they pay can change.
Many thanks
