I have been doing a google search and trying every possible scenario suggested for the past four hours trying to create a formula that works but have had no success. I'm trying to analyze conference data downloaded from our scanners and need to see how many times an attendee changed rooms during the day as they have the option to stay in one location, or move about at each break. Out of the multiple columns, I only believe I need the formula to evaluate two columns: "Full Name" and "Session Location". There are seven different courses each day, so I'm trying to create seven different formulas which result in the following:

1) Number of Attendees who visited 1 location
2) Number of Attendees who visited 2 locations
3) ...
4) ...
5) ...
6) ...
7) Number of Attendees who visited 7 locations

Any advice is appreciated!

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
