I am not sure this is even possible to do in excel but am hopeful for some suggestions. I have a spreadsheet of clients and the dates of service each client has received in the last 6 weeks. i am tasked with determining how many of the clients in the spreadsheet received at least 2 services a week. All service dates are in one column...which may pose a problem. Thanks for any insight anyone may have.

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Not sure how much this will help but you may try a formula "=COUNTIF(A1:G45,B1)" where A1:G45 is date ranges and B1 is names
