Calculate rate increase according to agreement

Hello,
I want to write one formula to F4, F5 and so on and copy to the left that calculate the increased amount after the agreement end each year. Please consider that, it is sample there is more than two agreement.
And i try to copy my file with xl2bb but unfortunately i couldn't paste it here, it notify me my data successfully copied to clipboard but i can't copy here, so i could only upload screenshot. Thank you very much in advance.

One additional information second contract which starts 1 september 2019, its rent increase will start 1 october 2020. and goes on like that in the following years.
