Calculate Time Difference between different dates

Hi Team,

Need help with a formula to calculate Time Difference in minutes between two difference dates excluding weekends.

Date/Time Opened	Date/Time Closed	Time Taken (mins)
6/7/2022 9:15 AM	6/7/2022 1:48 PM	273​
6/7/2022 3:16 PM	6/10/2022 2:20 PM	2824​

If in between two dates, there comes any weekends, system should not calculate those minutes. I am ok if its easier to calculate Days/Hours/Minutes... whichever is easier. However need to be mindful that system should calculate it as 1 day only if 24 hours are completed from Date/Time Opened.
