Hey there,

I need to calculate time in hours and minutes dependind on time received and time released. Now this is easy if it is in the one calender day using the 24 hour clock. The problem arises when it goes past 12 midnight. This instance happens rarely. When this happens I get an error calculated. Is there any way of using dates and time to calculate these times

Regards

Dave

With start time in A1 and finish time in B1 try

=MOD(B1-A1,1)

and format as Time.
