Calculate VLookup Field in Pivot Table

Hope someone can help me with this pivot table question.

Below is a picture of my table so far. You'll notice the Req'd Hrs Table is sitting with the Row labels.

Data comes from Time Input table, where the Req'd Hrs value on each row is gotten from another table by VLookup function. The Req'd Hrs are dependent on the Job Level AND Activity (You notice values of req'd hrs is different for Level 2 than Level 1 on each activity

So putting that Req'd Hrs field in the Values area won't work, since it will total all the occurences of the value in the source table.

I want to be able to show a total of those Req'd Hrs by Project and by Level.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
