This is probably easy, but brain not seeing it.

I have a list of flow rates (example below), which are measured every 10s of seconds. The data is taken from a flow meter, and units are in m3/hr.

I would like to calculate the volume between two times, so for example:
08/07/2020 02:57
12.71
08/07/2020 02:57
14.65
08/07/2020 02:58
14.99
08/07/2020 02:58
16.87
08/07/2020 02:58
17.21
08/07/2020 02:58
17.46
08/07/2020 02:58
19.17

19.28

20.41
08/07/2020 02:58
20.75
08/07/2020 02:58
20.75
08/07/2020 02:59
21.11
08/07/2020 02:59
22.23
08/07/2020 02:59
24.36

What formula(s) would I need to do this?
