I have a list something like

Person Activity Hours
Person 1 Act1 10
Person 1 Act2 3
Person 2 Act1 10
Person 3 Act2 2
Person 2 Act2 1
...
...
...

Is it possible to within the pivottable calculate a new field that is the (Sum of hours Act1) / (Sum of hours Act2) for each person?
I don not want to do this calculation beside the pivottable.

Hopefully you see what I mean?

The pivot table calcs work at the header level. It is easy to do math if each item is it owns header, but you'll have a problem doing math on items within the same header.

I usually do the math at the source. My data is usually in an Acces query, so I would create a new header, idenity the items (via iif statements) and then do the math.
