Hello Excel Gurus,

I am trying to make a movement analysis workbook.
I can make the pivot from column A-I. But I'm having trouble executing the spreadsheet like K-Q.

I used PowerQuery to manipulate the data, then used a normal pivot table to get it in the desired format.
However, (column K onwards), I cant seem to get the Calculated Field portion working because it seems like the same columns need to be side-by-side in order to calculate "Difference from/Difference from %"
Sorry I couldnt seem to work out how to publish the sample workbook on the forum.

Thanks so much for your help.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
You would need a calculated item, not a calculated field since you want the difference between two items in the same field (month).
