Calculated Items cannot be moved into the PAGE field?

I am trying to calulated a weighted average from two items in a field.

It won't let me move the field into the page field area.

I am just using =revenue/units to get the weighted average across a few other fields.
Sometimes I just want to see the units and sometimes just the value that is why I am trying to move it into the page field.

Am I missing something? any tricks?

Can you make a new column in your base data to do the calculation and use that ?
