Hi,

I am looking for help and I think the sum(if(frequency formula can help me but I can't fully understand what is going on. I have 2 types of changeovers I need to calculate. A minor changeover is a change from SKU to SKU. A major changeover is a change from 1 size to another size. The minor changeover is only 6 hours and a major changeover is 32 hours. Based off the table below, there are 4 changeovers, 2 of which are major. I need two formulas - one to identify how many major changeovers there are and then apply the hours per changeover accordingly and one to identify how many minor changeovers there are (total - major) or vice versa (how many minor changeovers and then major changeovers (total-minor). I plan on having a dropdown for each site where production is running so the number of SKU's, the sizes and number of sizes, and the production amounts will change with each dropdown selection.

Minor Changeover: should be 2 minor changes * 6 hours = 12
Major Changeover: should be 2 major changes * 32 hours = 64

Thanks for your help. Let me know if you need more information.

Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
