Calculating COULOURED CELLS.....

Hey Guys,

Need some help, where better to come then the one stop shop for all problems. Mr Excel.

Is it possible to Calculate couloured cells?

To Eloborate:

In column R i have 07/08 costs, some of which have been highlighted in red, for various reasons, is there a formula that will calculate the sum of all the coulured cells in column R?

Guys as always you help is appreciated

however that has just confused me and gone straight over my head, as my vba skills are not great, could this not be achieved by a simple formula?

I'm afraid not. There are some third party add-ins in which these kind of functions are integrated. I'm sorry I don't have the links to them. Googling around a bit will certainly yield the solution.
