Calculating Exact Ages

Hello All,

I am looking for a formula that calculates an individuals exact age given their date of birth. That shows just the age in years.

Try
=(K12-K13)/365.25

where k12+k13 are formatted as dates and the cell in which the formula is in is formatted as a number
k12 = todays date
k13 = DOB

this will tell you exactly how old somebody is:
="Age is "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"ym")&" Months and "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"md")&" Days"
c8 = birthday
this will tell you just years:
="Age is "&DATEDIF(C8,TODAY(),"y")&" Years
c8 = birthday

taken from Phantom1975's xlfdic.xls (a must have for newbies! - like me )

edit: must add " to end of second formula, oops
