I need to calculate the interest I would get from writing multiple loans. (Interest payments only)
Where:
Loan Amount is E8 (this will be an average - set number)
Interest Rate is E11
Duration of loan (yrs) is E12
Loans written per month is E7
I want a column showing months Jan '17, Feb '17 etc. - G4 down
Then in I4 - I need the calc for the interest received for that month.
So If (E7=10) and I had 10 lpayments incoming in Jan '17, then I4 would show interest received for that month from 10 loans.
In the following months, the figures in column G would increase as I would have more interest payments coming in each month. So in Feb '17 (I5) I would have 20 payments incoming, March '17 (I6) - 30 payments etc...
Then after the Loan duration (E12) is up for the first loans, I expect that the figures should even out as the original loans from Jan '17 would be paid out Jan '20. So 10 loans would stop but another 10 would sign up. (Assuming new loans per month stays constant)
Sounds a bit confusing to even me, and I wrote it.
Hope someone can decipher my ramblings.
Thanks in advance
