I have several tables that indicate a cost per measurement. I need to determine costs for sizes that are not provided.

How do I come up with numbers for where the question marks are? I tried grabbing the handle and spreading out the table and that works for some but not all of the numbers. I have tried trend and growth, but to no avail. I am certain it is something simple that I am doing wrong, but I have not been able to figure out what it is. Notice the smaller the "size" the higher the numbers.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
