Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
OK i got that part but can you show me what I have to do to get the balance to show how much is really being paid? I dont want to see how much my interest and my house payment together is. I want to see how much is being paid toward the princible when the interest is being add on.I know it is like $28.28 I`ll do the rest of the caculations later in my program.ty for your help ,I really needed that help,It has been so long since I used this program(since 1990)I forgot how.

Payment - Interest above should give you what your after (col I - Col L)

The 11% cost of money seems a bit high (in USA anyway)...might try a new bank and refinance.
