calculating the last 56 days of sales

Hi All, was wondering if someone can help me. I have some data that consists of sales data by site and day. I need to workout the last 56 days of sales excluding the days with zero sales. I am not sure how I can do that where each sites has different days of sales.

Please see attached a mini sample below: if I want to work out the last 4 days of sales but as you can see from below each site has different days of sales, but I want to find the last 5 says (regardles of date). My actual data is over 3 months and accross 350 site. I need to work out the last 56 days of sales starting from the earliest date i.e 12/01/2021. Can some one help
