Hi all - I am really stuck on this one. I am not sure how to set it out on a sheet, maybe in a calendar type view (31 days) but i need to calculate how many times door number 34 is accessed and then if it was accessed and followed by door number 41 access provide the time (number of minutes/hours) between the two time stamps.

but there will be multiple entries per day. so somehow i need to sum the first 34 and 41 then sum the next 34 and 41 on the same date etc etc.... hope that makes sense, i have no clue how to explain it haha.
the table below starts in Column A and goes to Column G

TIA if anyone is game enough to try.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
in one row i was hoping to use a formula to check if door 34 was opened, then if door 41 opened on same day as 34 return the amount of time between the two times in column B
in the next row, do exactly the same for the same date but if the door was opened again......

it might look like this at the end.....
05/06/2020
1
30
25

the first instance of 34 then 41 there was 1 minute
then the second instance of 34 and 41 there was 30 minutes.
then the next there was 25 minutes.
