On most stop watches, times are captured in the format hh:mm:ss.00, where the last two digits are decimal fractions of a second. Is there an easy way to get excel to calculate and display times in this format?

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
