Calculating Variances

I have a formula of which one or both of the reference cells will sometimes result in a $0.00 value, ex, (AF2-AH2)/ABS(AH2).

In which case If AH2 is 0.00 then I want the result to be the absolute of AF2 .

If AF2 is 0.00 then it will be a result of the absoute of AH2 in a negative value.

Can anyone help me with this?

=IF(AH2=0,ABS(AF2),IF(AF2=0,-ABS(AH2),(AF2-AH2)/ABS(AH2)))
