Hi All,

I am hoping for your help.

I have a report that exported in time/minutes format and I am trying to calculate standard hours however i am getting #value errors when trying to resolve.

I basically want to check to see if the normal minus extra and rdo equals to zero. (Normal and leave - Extra Normal - RDO Neg) - Standard Hours

I was thinking maybe I could multiply the figures 24 then completed the calculations, however I am getting #values with the blank cells.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.

Try enclosing the cell references in your formula in the N function, e.g. change A1 to N(A1) This will evaluate any blank cells as zero instead of seeing a nullstring, which is the most likely cause of the error.
