Calculations for distance between two locations

How can i calculate the remaining distance from the point of delay to the customers location using excel function to get my answer.....
For Example:
A company truck carrying goods from the company productions location to a customer location. but have a slight delay when transporting the goods and i have to call and tell the customer the remaining distance and time left remaining before the goods will get to the customer location.
Please help me treat as urgent...

If you are calling a customer, Google Maps or some similar app would be better at predicting travel time than Excel. (You'd have to use one of those apps any way to get the lat. and long. data needed to enter into Excel.)
