Hi,

I have two columns of several hundred lines which contain lists of figures. Is it possible to firstly determine how many figures in the 2 columns (C and D) are less than or equal to 1.4 and then calculate the % of those figures that are in the first column rather than the second.

I have been scratching my head on this so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

James

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

Try these...

=COUNTIF(C2:D20,"<=1.4")

=COUNTIF(C2:C20,"<=1.4")/COUNTIF(C2:D20,"<=1.4")

Format as Percentage
