I'm trying to make a userform with an input box and a display box... basically when somebody puts in 5+9+3+8 in the entry box the display box will give you the answer... sort of like a calculator but without the buttons... I tried to do this but I can't get the string that was inputed in the input box to convert to a formula and give me the answer... if you try and put the "=" sign in front of it, it creates an error.. is there a way around this?

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Try something like this:
Code:
    Dim myInputBox As Variant
myInputBox = InputBox("Enter Expression to Calculate")
    MsgBox Evaluate(myInputBox)
The key is the Evaluate function
