Calendar in cell

Hi,

I have a room booking system on excel and in the arrival date cell, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a calendar drop down where the user could pick a date instead of having to type a date in manually.

If possible, could someone describe how to do this either through excel ideally, or vba coding?
