Calendar pop up

I have Excel 2003 and am trying to create a calendar pop up box when a "Date" cell is selected.

I know how to create the form but my version (at work) doesn't have the additional command to allow me to select the add-in.

Is there another way?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
