Callback list question

Hi again folk,

I have an auto repair shop and am trying to keep my bays filled.
I am starting to write a list of customers and recommendations so I can call them and get them back in to fix what we suggest needs to be done.

I am thinking it would be nice to have a callback date to sort by, maybe a already called type of function as well. It could have maybe column headers with service items and maybe a check mark field. I think this might eliminate lots of data entry or typing. Maybe like a to-do list.

I was wondering if anyone might have some good thoughts about how to do it and can steer me that way.

I think once I get the basic format & function I should be able to run with it from there.

Thanks, Steve
