Every day, I have to print out a couple hundred sticky labels for different items with use by dates that are being generated by excel “=(today+7)” for example…

(It’s just cells with name and date data in the correct layout that matches an Avery A4 label page…and the date bit changes)

But…. I don’t need every one, every day…

Is there a smart way to use excel to allow me to select or tick the items I want to be printed?

For example, print 4 pages of labels for item. 1, 2, 4 and 5 (but don’t print item 3’s labels today)

I bet there’s a clever solution….🤞🏻

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
This is something that can be done as easily from Excel itself. Add the Set Print Area to the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar). Now, just select the area you need printed, click the button, then print.
If you want to also print after setting the print area, select an area, Record a macro - save it to your personal macro workbook, click Set Print Area, then click Print (or hit [Ctrl]P). Then stop recording. Then add that Macro to the QAT.
