Can a query contain SQL to add data to another mdb file

Is this possible.

Any thing like
Insert into file1.mdb/table1.Product select * from OriginalTable1
Is possible what is the correct syntax ?

Hi,

the correct syntax is:

INSERT INTO table1 IN 'path and filename' 
Select * From OriginalTable1

Mind the single quotes arround the external database name.
