Can a Vlookup be executed withen Insert Comment box?

I've manually embedded some .jpg photos of trainees into the Insert Comment box.
I've also added some details about the employees, which lays on top of their photo.

Is there a way I can do that automatically (for perhaps 100 employees), based on a Lookup Table?
