Hi

I have a workbook and when I open it comes up with the security message to enable macros. Thats fine.

When I close and reopen the workbook it does not come up with the message to enable macros. Is that normal?

Im sharing a workbook with numerous people and trying to get it so it comes up with same message all the time as in click to enable macros or automatically enable macros. I think I can set it up so that it opens on a specific worksheet and then i can put a message up advising to click on enable macros button.

Any Ideas?

Repeat Last Command

yes. once permission is granted for the workbook on a particular PC then it will not ask again.
you could ship the workbook with a "cover sheet" that is blank except for the instructions you need to give. then when the macro runs, it deletes the sheet and resaves.
