Can comments be linked

I have a spreadsheet with several worksheets. Individuals enter their data on their own worksheets and their information is also shown on the other worksheets. I've done this by linking cells. My question is if they have added a comment on their worksheet is it possible to get that comment to show up in the other worksheets.

Using VBA this could be done, for example with a worksheet Change Event, but I don't believe this can be done without VBA.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know enough about VBA to even give it a try.
