Can decimal points be used when using a scrollbar

Hi
Is it possible to use decimal points when using view/toolbars/forms/scrollbar/format control/control/incremental change?

I'm trying to incorporate the scroll bar in a profibility analysis spreadsheet and it is rare that inventory turns (for example) are exactly even but rather #.# in nature.
Any input? - thanks!
 

Excel Facts
