Can Excel tell me when a payment is due?

Hi. Have set up a workbook with 12 monthly sheets for book keeping. My suppliers give me credit, but the amount varies - some give 30 days, so want payment 15th of month following invoice etc. I'd like to know if I can get Excel to tell me when a payment is due - there is a "due" column - the operator sets the date when they enter the invoice, so I'm looking for a way to get Excel to either bring up a reminder dialogue box and a sound or save that date as an appointment in Outlook called "Payments due today" with a hyperlink therein to open Excel to see what needs paying when the due date is reached. The Outlook option would be best, but I suspect too difficult. Any ideas? P:confused:

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
