I was wondering if I can add a non related data table to the bottom of a graph, that aligns with the axis labels. (Like the graphs data table option in layouts.)

I basically have a line graph charting the "% met target." I want to add a data table that shows the data used to calculate the %.

My data looks like:

A B C D
1 "Met target =< 4hrs", 34, 208, 147
2 "Not Met >4hrs" , 7, 67, 48
3 "Total", 41, 275, 195
4
5 "% Met target", 83%, 76%, 75%

The graph series uses row 5 and I would like the table to display rows 1-3.

I have tried adding a text box with the range A1:D3, but I only get the value in A1 and it isn't formatted.

I have both excel 2007 and 2010.

I hope this makes sense, I would really appreciate if anyone could help me.

Thank you.:)

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
You can use the camera tool (you'll need to add it to the QAT) to take a dynamic picture of the table and add it below the chart.
