Hello, I have done the following with some data I need calculated:

1 - I have grouped my rows and got the counts I required for each of my headings
2 - I pivoted my Column
3- Now that I have my pivoted column, I need to do some calculations.

My Columns have the following headings: In Progress (18), Just Assigned (4), WithDrawn (2), PCR-In Progress (4)

What I want to be able to do is get the sum of everything that contains the word "In progress" (In Progress and PCR-In Progress) + Just Assigned. So my answer should be a total of 26

Is there a formula I can use for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for considering my request.

Are you looking for something more complex than adding a Conditional Column that sums the "In Progress" and "PCR-In Progress" columns together?

Add a column in PQ and then create an if-then statement using the Text.Contains Formula. You can then either filter or group on that new column to get your sum results.

So what I came up with was I created a conditional column to give me those fields and then grouped and went from there. So basically followed what you stated :) Had to take some time to get there but trial and error ha ha. Thanks for the response.
