Can I calculate Duplicate Data??

Hi, I need to know how I can calculate duplicate info. I have set up a spreadsheet to record data from 3 suppliers, A, B, C.

The suppliers can bring to our attention the same issues, i.e both A & C have a concern over 'x'.

I need to record this data by volume onto a seperate tab. I will need to count the other scenareos -

A, B & C
A & B
A & C
B & C

Any Ideas?
