Can I Drop Down Box Selections be Posted to cells Below

If I have columns, each with a drop-down box. Can I Use an "Enter" or "Submit" button to take the drop down box selections and post them in a row. Then each time I Submit the data it inserts a new row and posts the new selection. In effect adding a new row on top and growing a list.
