Can I put a link to a row in a text cell?

I have a never-ending spreadsheet of problems and issues and hold meetings every week to discuss with the team.

Often I find a potential link between a new problem and an old problem. I was wondering if there's any way (Short of making a whole new column for reference links) to link to a row from text cell.

Example: Row 145 has some data that I think is relevant to a new problem I'm noting in line 1678. In my DESCRPTION OF PROBLEM cell (just text about the issue) is there away to put a link/jump to line 145 instead of having to explain Ctrl-G and entering A145 or having to just scroll endlessly?

Seriously looking to avoid another column, if possible, as the spreadsheet is jam-packed already.

Thanks :)

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Do you need a link to a whole row or just a specific cell in that row?

You can create a link via right-click on the cell where your link should appear, then > Link >Place in this document
