Can I smoothly drag controls on a UserForm?

When you drag controls on a UserForm, they jump by six. This is useful for lining things up. But at times I want to move a bunch of them by three.

There could be two ways: (1) smooth dragging, or (2) a way to tag a bunch of controls, and then add or subtract a Left or Top number to all of them.

Wonderful. Thank you. I did a lot of searching before asking here. I guess I hadn't been phrasing my question correctly. This will be useful to turn off periodically.
