I'm trying to transfer a worksheet to flash.

The worksheet uses =PMT(J20/12,J21*12,J19)

But flash doesn't use PMT. So I've been trying to better understand it, so that I could write the correct formula.

Can someone break this "DaVinci Code" for me?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

try
=J19*((1+J20/12)^(J21*12)*(J20/12))/((1+J20/12)^(J21*12)-1)

I don't know what flash is, but this is relative basic financial function if Flash should have some sort of equivilent too I'd think.
