Can someone explain this formula?

Took over a spreadsheet that someone else created and is no longer with the company. Can someone explain this formula?
=IFERROR(IF(H4<$T$2,CEILING((($V$2/365)*M4)-G4,P4),0),0)
 

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
If the formula returns an error or if H4 is greater than or equal to T2 it returns 0 other wise divide V2 by 365 then multiply M4 & then subtract G4, finally round up that value by whatever is in P4
