I have a workbook that is used once a day to enter production numbers. It's filled in, saved and printed, and emailed. The next days it's overwriten and used again. Would there be an easy way to have these numbers moved each day to a new sheet and saved? There is data from B7 to B103 that is used. It would be nice to keep it by date, or seperate by crew, (a-b-c-d). How would you trigger this? If it's saved by the SAVE action, what if someone saves it several times? Thanks for any advice.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Rockyw,

There are several ways we can go about this. Depending how your data is laid out, it might be easy to save it to separate tabs, or just create a single consolidated tab. Also, triggering the event can be done by button (manual), by save (automatic), or various other ways.

Would you be able to post some sample data?
